Along with the advances of science and technology, higher education has had a substantial transformation towards autonomy associated entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity. Vietnam is facing challenges changes in governance for public universities. From general theory academic literature review entrepreneurial university, especially organizational structure, article offers policy suggestions to promote university line trend model universities Vietnam.
